1. RETURNS

 

1.1 Basic rules

1.1.1 Our returns policy support to request a return within 7 days after your purchase has been delivered by the courier.

1.1.2 You need to send items back in 30 days after we agreed.

1.1.3 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (no traces of use), and need to return in original package.

 

1.2 Request to return

1.2.1 You can request a return within 7 days after your purchase has been delivered by the courier.

1.2.2 Send a return application to our email support@beautygeb.com to decalre your return reasons, best to come with pictures if there is any problem with the items.

1.2.3 We will respond in 24h by email.

 

1.3 Returns

1.3.1 If we agree to return, you need to return items in 30 days, with its original package, and all accessories.

1.3.2 If there are samples, gifts, you need to return them together.

1.3.3 We have 3 different warehouses, so we will let you know which address to return by email, please don't refund it to the manufacturer.

1.3.4 You need to pay your own shipping cost to return, we will not accept freight collect package.

 

 

2. REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

 

2.1 We will refund you in 1 to 5 business days after refund confirmation.

2.2 We will only refund the real value depending on your orders, will not refund for any samples, gifts, freight.

2.3 We only refund in USD (US dollar). If you are not using the US dollar, because of currency exchange rate changes, the item value may be different from the price your bought, we will not bear this part of the exchange loss.

2.4 All refund will be sent by PayPal.

2.5 If you haven't received a refund after 5 business days, please double check your PayPal account. If you've done with it and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us support@beautygeb.com

 

 

3. EXEMPTION

 

3.1 Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Also including products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

3.2 Other specific unaccepted return items:

3.2.1 All used products.

3.2.2 Virtual item.

3.2.3 Downloadable software products.

3.2.3 Samples and gifts.

3.2.4 Gift card.

3.2.5 Opened cosmetics.

3.2.6 'TODAY ONLY' collection items.

3.2.7 All custom products.

3.2.8 All underwear.

3.2.9 All Feminine hygiene products.

3.2.10 All sex products.

 

4. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE

 

4.1 All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it.
